- 🌭 2 sausages
- 🧀 1 cup shredded cheese

- Pinch of pepper
- 🥛 1/2 cup milk
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍞 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 🌾 1/2 cup flour
SCHRITTE
Mash the boiled sweet potatoes and mix with shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and milk.
Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces and pour hot water over them to remove impurities.
Lightly coat the sausages with flour and wrap them with the sweet potato mixture.
Dip the wrapped sausages in flour, then egg, and finally coat them with breadcrumbs.
Deep fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Serve with ketchup or mustard as desired.
