ZUTATEN
Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 10cm white part of green onion
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
Condiments
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Toppings
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
- 50g chives, chopped
- 🧅 10cm green part of green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
SCHRITTE
Cut the chives into 5mm pieces. Slice the white part of the green onion thinly into strips and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Chop the green part of the green onion into small pieces.
Mince the garlic and ginger.
Boil water in a pot and cook the somen noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Place on a serving plate.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Add ground pork and cook over medium heat until browned. Stir in doubanjiang and mix well. Add the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce) and stir to combine.
Top the somen noodles with chopped chives and green onion. Place the cooked pork mixture in the center, create a small well, and add the egg yolks and sliced white onion on top.
