ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 80g glass noodles
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 5 perilla leaves
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
SCHRITTE
Combine chili powder, sugar, sesame seeds, soy sauce, vinegar, corn syrup, minced garlic, sesame oil, and chopped green onion to prepare the sauce.
Wash perilla leaves and carrot. Slice perilla leaves thinly and julienne the carrot.
Beat the egg well and cook it in a pan to make an egg sheet.
Slice the cooked egg sheet into thin strips.
Boil the glass noodles for 7-8 minutes until tender.
Rinse the boiled noodles in cold water to stop cooking and remove excess starch.
Place the noodles in a bowl, top with carrot, egg, and perilla leaves, and drizzle with the prepared sauce.
