ZUTATEN
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked brown rice
Fish
- 🐟 80g tuna (cut-offs)
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 100g nagaimo (Japanese yam)
- 10g chives
Seasoning
- 🌰 A pinch of white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
SCHRITTE
Cook the brown rice and set aside in a bowl.
Mix sake, mirin, salt, soy sauce, pepper, garlic, and chicken stock powder to create the salt sauce.
Marinate the tuna in the salt sauce for 10 minutes.
Peel and roughly chop the nagaimo, then place it on top of the rice.
Add the marinated tuna and chives on top of the rice and nagaimo.
Top with a raw egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.
