- 1 block (250g) konjac
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sliced red chili
SCHRITTE
Sprinkle konjac with 1 tbsp sugar (not listed in ingredients) and pound with a rolling pin until softened. Rinse with water and drain. Tear into bite-sized pieces using a spoon.
In a frying pan, dry-fry the konjac over medium heat until the surface is dry. Add sesame oil and mix well.
Add the seasoning ingredients (☆) and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the liquid evaporates. Add bonito flakes and mix briefly.
