SCHRITTE
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
Peel and devein the shrimp, then set aside.
Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
Blend silken tofu and unsweetened soy milk until smooth to create the cream base.
Season the tofu cream with consomme powder, salt, and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer the shrimp and avocado, then pour the tofu cream over the top.
Sprinkle pizza cheese over the dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
