Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
SCHRITTE
Cut the tomato in half vertically, remove the stem, and slice into three wedges.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the canned mackerel, and stir-fry briefly to break it apart.
Add the tomato and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until slightly softened. Add curry powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
