ZUTATEN
Noodles
- 🍜 2 frozen udon noodles
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Oils
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp sake
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- Dried basil to taste
SCHRITTE
Thinly slice the garlic. Cut the onion and tomato into wedges.
Place the frozen udon in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave according to package instructions.
Heat olive oil in a pot over low heat, add the garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Add onion, tomato, beef, sake, sugar, soy sauce, and water to the pot. Cover and simmer over medium heat until the beef is cooked through.
Add the cooked udon to the pot and simmer briefly. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with dried basil.
