Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 bunch spinach (100g)
- 🧂 1/3 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Chicken Soboro
- 🍗 150g ground chicken
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
Egg Soboro
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
SCHRITTE
Boil water in a small pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and blanch spinach briefly. Rinse with cold water, drain, and chop into 1cm pieces.
In another small pot, combine chicken soboro ingredients and cook over medium-low heat, stirring with chopsticks until the liquid is almost gone.
In a separate pot, combine egg soboro ingredients and cook over medium-low heat, stirring with chopsticks until crumbly.
In a bowl, mix spinach with sugar, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
Serve cooked rice in bowls and top with chicken soboro, egg soboro, and seasoned spinach.
