ZUTATEN
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Meat
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 120g chopped kimchi
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bunch chives, cut into 2cm pieces
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Water as needed
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Toppings
- 🥚 4 egg yolks
- White sesame seeds as needed
SCHRITTE
Thinly slice the onion and cut the chives into 2cm pieces.
Chop the kimchi into smaller pieces.
Cut the pork into 3cm pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Add the soaked rice, seasonings, and water to the rice cooker, ensuring the water level is slightly below the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.
Layer the pork, onion, and the tougher parts of the chives on top of the rice, then start the rice cooker.
Once cooked, add the kimchi and remaining chives, mix well, and let it sit on the 'keep warm' setting for 5 minutes.
Serve in bowls, top with egg yolks, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
