- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🥑 1 ripe avocado
- 🧅 25g thinly sliced onion
Dressing
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
SCHRITTE
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, peel, and slice into 5mm thick pieces. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Mix soy sauce, black pepper, and olive oil in a bowl to prepare the dressing.
Arrange the tuna, avocado, and onion on a plate and drizzle the dressing over the top.
