- 🥔 2 potatoes, diced

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
SCHRITTE
Dice the potatoes into small cubes and place them in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Let cool.
Mix the cooked potatoes with canned tuna, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper in the container to create the filling.
Fold each spring roll wrapper into a kabuto (samurai helmet) shape. Fill the pocket with 1/5 of the filling. Fold the remaining wrapper over the filling and secure with a paste made from flour and water. Repeat for all 5 pies.
Place the kabuto pies on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Brush the surface with salad oil and bake in a toaster oven for 5–6 minutes until golden brown.
