Essential Ingredients
- 1 canned tuna
- 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, chopped
- Adequate cornstarch
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Adequate cooking oil
SCHRITTE
Chop the onion and carrot finely.
Cut the tofu into slices of appropriate thickness.
Mix canned tuna, chopped onion, chopped carrot, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to create the filling.
Place the tuna filling between two slices of tofu to form a sandwich.
Coat the tofu sandwich first in cornstarch, then in beaten egg.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the tofu sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.
