ZUTATEN

- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, thinly sliced
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Liquid Ingredients
- 💧 200 ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
Main Ingredient
- 150 g fresh okara
SCHRITTE
Julienne the carrot, thinly slice the green onion, and remove the stems from shiitake mushrooms before slicing them thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and green onion in sequence, stirring to sauté.
Once the green onion aroma is released, add water, sake, sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and okara to the pan.
Reduce heat to low and stir continuously to evaporate the excess moisture.
