Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g)
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g)
Noodles
- 30g glass noodles
Soup Base
- 💧 500cc water
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Garnish
- white sesame seeds, as needed
- 🧅 chopped green onion, as needed
SCHRITTE
Cut the cabbage into thin slices using a peeler. Peel the carrot into thin strips using a peeler.
Add the soup base ingredients (water, salt, chicken stock powder, garlic paste, sesame oil) to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the carrot and glass noodles, stir, cover, and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Add the cabbage and cook until softened. Sprinkle white sesame seeds and chopped green onion on top before serving.
