ZUTATEN
Bread
- 🍞 2 slices sandwich bread
Condiments
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1/2 tsp grain mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 3 leaves green leaf lettuce
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 🍅 1 slice tomato
- 🧅 1/6 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 basil leaves, minced
Seasoning
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
SCHRITTE
Bring butter to room temperature. Slice avocado diagonally into 1cm pieces and drizzle with lemon juice. Thinly slice yellow bell pepper and onion, soak onion in water, then drain.
Mince basil and mix it in a bowl with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Lay out cooking paper. Spread butter on both slices of bread, then spread grain mustard on one slice.
Layer half of the green leaf lettuce, yellow bell pepper, onion, basil mayonnaise, tomato, and avocado on the mustard-spread bread.
Add the remaining green leaf lettuce, top with the other slice of bread, wrap tightly in cooking paper, and cut in half.
