- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

Rehydrate the dried wakame in water, then squeeze out excess moisture. Thinly slice the cucumber, sprinkle with salt, massage gently, and let sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze out excess moisture.
