SCHRITTE
Chop the walnuts finely using a knife or blender until crumbly.
Mix the egg white with sugar using a whisk until the sugar dissolves and turns cloudy.
Add the chopped walnuts and flour to the egg white mixture.
Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with silicone paper or parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake for 15–18 minutes.
