Main Ingredients
- 🧄 2 heads of garlic
- 🌰 100g walnuts
Seasonings
- 1 tsp plum syrup
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Peel and slice the garlic into thin pieces.
Toast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant, then set aside.
In the same pan, add a small amount of oil and stir-fry the garlic until golden and aromatic.
Add the toasted walnuts back into the pan and mix well with the garlic.
Mix plum syrup, honey, and soy sauce in a small bowl, then pour over the garlic and walnuts. Stir well to coat.
Remove from heat and serve warm or at room temperature.
