- 400g winter melon
Seasonings

- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar

SCHRITTE
Cut the winter melon into thirds lengthwise, remove seeds and pulp, peel the skin, and slice thinly.
Place the winter melon in a bowl, sprinkle with 1/3 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients), massage gently, let sit for 5 minutes until softened, then rinse and squeeze out excess water.
