ZUTATEN
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🥩 200g sliced beef belly
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 30g chives, cut into 3cm pieces
- 🥕 35g carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 🧅 50g grated onion
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Grate the onion. Cut the chives into 3cm pieces. Julienne the carrot into thin strips.
Heat half of the salad oil (1 tsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the carrot and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the chives and mix well. Season with salt and pepper, then stir briefly. Serve the mixture over bowls of rice.
Using the same pan, heat the remaining salad oil (1 tsp) over medium heat. Add the beef and cook for 1 minute until browned. Flip the beef and push it to the side of the pan. Add the grated onion.
Add the remaining sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce) to the pan and mix well. Pour the beef and sauce mixture over the rice and vegetables. Drizzle any remaining sauce from the pan on top.
