- 🥔 1 medium potato, peeled and sliced
Liquid
- 💧 1 bowl of water
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp perilla seed powder
- 1 tbsp chicken stock
- 🧂 1 tsp salt, adjust to taste
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
SCHRITTE
Peel the potato and slice it into half-moon shapes.
Clean the button mushrooms and slice them thickly.
Boil water in a clay pot or saucepan.
Add the potato slices to the boiling water.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the pot.
Season the soup with perilla seed powder, chicken stock, salt, and green onion.
