ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 8 pieces young corn
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Cut the young corn diagonally in half.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with sake and cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the chicken pieces, and cook until browned. Flip and cover with a lid, then steam for 2–3 minutes on low heat.
Add the young corn and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and butter, then stir-fry to combine.
Turn off the heat and mix in the bonito flakes.
