- 🥒 1/2 zucchini (85g), sliced
Canned Goods
- 1 can mackerel (190g), water-packed
Condiments
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Slice the zucchini lengthwise and then into 5mm thick pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add the canned mackerel. Stir and break it apart gently.
Add the zucchini to the pan and stir-fry until it develops a golden-brown color.
Add ponzu sauce and black pepper, then stir to combine evenly.
