Salted Rice Ball
- 🍚 300g cooked rice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Ketchup Rice
- 🍚 300g cooked rice
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Thin Omelette
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp salad oil
Cornstarch Mixture
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water
Toppings
- 1/2 sheet roasted seaweed
- 🧀 Sliced cheese as needed
- Bonito flakes as needed
- 🌿 Chopped parsley as needed
PASOS
Prepare salted rice balls by mixing cooked rice with a pinch of salt and shaping into balls.
Make ketchup rice by mixing cooked rice with ketchup, consomme powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Shape into balls.
Prepare thin omelette by whisking eggs with sugar, salt, and cornstarch mixture. Cook in a lightly oiled pan.
