INGREDIENTES
Chicken
- 🍗 8 chicken wings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.
Boil water with a pinch of salt, add bean sprouts, and cook for 1 minute. Drain thoroughly.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add bean sprouts and green onion, then toss to combine.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Add chicken wings and cook until golden brown on both sides. Cover and cook on low heat until fully cooked.
Plate the chicken wings and pour the bean sprout sauce over them. Serve immediately.
