- 150cc olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sliced chili
PASOS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Halve the garlic, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Pat the peeled shrimp dry with a paper towel.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat until fragrant. Add the shrimp and bell peppers, then cook over medium heat until the shrimp changes color.
