INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 4 fillets horse mackerel
Vegetables
- 4 shiso leaves
- 1 myoga
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
PASOS
Cut the stems off the shiso leaves and julienne them. Slice the myoga thinly after halving it lengthwise.
Season the horse mackerel fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them evenly with all-purpose flour.
In a bowl, mix the sake, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the mackerel fillets skin-side down and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and coat the mackerel evenly.
Serve the mackerel on a plate and garnish with shiso leaves and myoga slices.
