INGREDIENTES
Bread
- 🍞 4 slices of bread
Fruit
- 🍎 1/2 apple, diced
Sweeteners
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
Spices
- A pinch of cinnamon powder

- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
PASOS
Dice 1/2 apple into small cubes.
Heat 2 tbsp sugar in a pan over low heat and let it caramelize.
Add the diced apple to the pan and cook until golden brown. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon powder.
Add 1 tbsp honey and mix well. Remove the mixture from the pan and set aside.
Trim the crusts off 4 slices of bread and flatten them with a rolling pin.
Place the apple mixture onto the flattened bread slices, ensuring not to overfill.
Seal the edges of the bread using a fork. Optionally, brush the edges with a mixture of beaten egg and water for better adhesion.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan over low heat and cook the sealed bread until golden brown on both sides.
