INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 🍜 1 pack stir-fry noodles
Seafood
- 🍤 60g shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 stalk celery
- 🥬 Some celery leaves
Oil and Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 Some grated garlic
PASOS
Remove the strings from the celery stalk and slice it thinly at an angle. Cut the celery leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the sauce ingredients (★) in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the noodles until loosened.
Add the celery stalks and shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until cooked.
Add the sauce, celery leaves, and salt and pepper. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
