PASOS
Rinse the cocktail shrimp and drain the water.
Prepare 85g of asparagus by trimming tough ends and cutting into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic in a pan over medium-low heat.
Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry briefly, then add the asparagus.
Mix in 2 tbsp oyster sauce and stir until well combined. Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds.
