INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 3 stalks asparagus (100g)
- 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
Condiments
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- A pinch of black pepper
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Trim the ends of the asparagus and peel the lower half. Slice diagonally into 1cm pieces. Cut the king oyster mushrooms in half horizontally, then vertically, and slice into 5mm thick pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add asparagus and king oyster mushrooms, stir-frying for about 2 minutes until the mushrooms soften.
Add sake and soy sauce, stir quickly to combine. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
