INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Peel the bottom half of the asparagus and slice diagonally into 2cm pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and pork, stir-frying until the onion softens.
Add asparagus and stir-fry until tender. Mix in the seasonings (miso, sake, mirin, soy sauce) and stir-fry until well combined.
