- 🌱 4 stalks asparagus (100g)
Sesame Dressing
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Trim the tough ends of the asparagus and peel the lower half with a peeler. Cut into 3–4 cm pieces.

Boil water in a pot and cook the asparagus for 1–1.5 minutes. Transfer to cold water to cool and drain well.

Mix the sesame dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add the asparagus and toss to coat evenly.
