INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 16 slices pork loin (200g)
Vegetables
- 🌱 4 asparagus spears (80g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Salt Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
PASOS
Peel the bottom half of the asparagus and cut into 4 equal pieces.
Lay out each slice of pork loin, place one piece of asparagus on top, and roll tightly. Repeat to make 16 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add the salt sauce ingredients to the pan and heat over medium heat, coating the rolls evenly with the sauce.
