INGREDIENTES
Chicken
- 🍗 2 bone-in chicken thighs (600g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
PASOS
Make cuts along the bone of the chicken thighs and pierce the skin with a fork in several places.
Place the chicken thighs in a tray, add all the seasoning ingredients, and rub them in. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the chicken thighs skin-side up. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the chicken, brush the skin with olive oil, and bake again at 200°C for another 10 minutes. Repeat brushing with olive oil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
