INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥑 1 avocado, peeled and diced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
PASOS
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel, and dice into bite-sized pieces.
Season the beef with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the beef, and stir-fry until browned. Add the avocado and lightly stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, wasabi) and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until well combined.
