INGREDIENTES

- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 🍖 6 slices prosciutto
Dressing
- 80g silken tofu
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
PASOS
Wrap silken tofu in kitchen paper, place in a microwave-safe container, and heat at 600W for 2 minutes to remove excess water. Let it cool slightly.
Cut the avocado into 1cm cubes. Tear the prosciutto into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and mash the tofu thoroughly with a fork.
Add the avocado and prosciutto to the bowl and mix gently.
