INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🐟 6 slices (50g) smoked salmon
Egg
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
Condiments
- 🍋 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 2 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp whole grain mustard
Bread
- 🥖 10cm baguette
Herbs
- dill, as needed
PASOS
Finely chop the smoked salmon and boiled egg. Finely chop the onion and soak it in water for 5 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
Peel and thinly slice the avocado, then drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Slice the baguette diagonally into 1cm thick pieces and toast until crispy.
In a bowl, mix the smoked salmon, egg, onion, and the ☆ ingredients (salt, pepper, mayonnaise, mustard) to make the tartare sauce.
Place equal portions of avocado on each baguette slice, top with the tartare sauce, and garnish with dill as desired.
