- 🥔 4 potatoes, peeled
- 🥓 3 strips of bacon, sliced
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- Enough pancake mix to cover
- A pinch of pepper
Liquid
- 💧 1/2 cup cold water
PASOS
Peel 4 potatoes and slice them thinly. Use a slicer for thin slices or cut thicker for a chewy texture.
Slice 3 strips of bacon into thin pieces.
Combine potatoes and bacon in a bowl, then season with a pinch of pepper.
Add 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic to the mixture.
Sprinkle pancake mix over the mixture until fully covered.
Pour 1/2 cup of cold water into the mixture and mix until slightly thickened.
Heat a pan with plenty of oil over high heat.
Place the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly by pressing down.
Flip the pancake boldly once the bottom is golden brown.
Serve the pancake on a plate and enjoy!
