INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 800g soft tofu
- 🧅 4 onions, thinly sliced
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 🥓 10g bacon, cut into 1cm pieces
Seasonings
- 💧 600ml water
- 5 tbsp curry powder
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASOS
Cut bacon into 1cm pieces and prepare soft tofu by making a slit in the packaging.
Slice garlic and thinly slice onions.
In a pot, cook bacon without oil until it releases fat and turns golden.
Add onions and garlic to the pot and sauté together with the bacon.
Once garlic starts to turn golden, add 600ml water and bring to a boil over high heat.
Add curry powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir to dissolve the curry powder completely.
Add soft tofu and gently break it apart while simmering until the curry thickens.
Turn off the heat and finish with 1 tsp sesame oil. Serve hot.
