INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🦑 3 squid, cleaned and sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, sliced
- 1 handful rice cakes, optional
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Slice the onion, green onion, green chili, red chili, and carrot. Prepare rice cakes if using.
Clean and slice the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Mix minced garlic, gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, and water to create the squid seasoning sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onion to make green onion oil.
Add rice cakes and squid to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Add sugar to the pan and stir well.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce into the pan.
Add sliced onion, carrot, green chili, and red chili to the pan and stir-fry until cooked.
Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds for added flavor.
