INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🦑 2 whole squids
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
PASOS
Cut the squid and vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Chop the green onion finely for making green onion oil.
Heat a frying pan with ample cooking oil and stir-fry the green onion to create green onion oil.
Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry on high heat. Add 1 tbsp sugar first before other seasonings to enhance flavor absorption.
Add the remaining seasonings and stir-fry. If the mixture becomes thick, add half a cup of water to adjust consistency.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry briefly to retain their crunchiness.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Finish with 1 tbsp sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds.
