INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 bag of lettuce
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Wash the lettuce thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the onion and add it to the lettuce. Optionally, add julienned carrots for more crunch.
Mix all the seasonings except sesame oil and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Add the seasoning mixture to the lettuce gradually, tasting as you go to adjust to your preference.
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp sesame seeds, then gently toss the salad.
Serve the salad as a refreshing side dish.
