- 🥬 300g spinach
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Trim the spinach roots and cut into appropriate sizes.
Boil a generous amount of water, add 1/2 tbsp salt, and blanch the spinach.
Blanch the spinach for exactly 1 minute.
Immediately rinse the spinach in cold water.
Squeeze the spinach gently to remove excess water.
Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, 1/3 tbsp salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds with the spinach.
Serve the spinach salad.
