INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced into 5mm width
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper

- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
PASOS
Slice the onion into 5mm width and place it in a microwave-safe dish. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Layer the onion slices in a heatproof container, overlapping slightly. Spread the tuna mixture on top and sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly.
Bake in a toaster oven for 7–8 minutes or until the breadcrumbs turn golden brown.
