INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken breast
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sake
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🍅 1 tomato
Sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
PASOS
Remove the skin from the chicken breast and slice it horizontally to open it flat.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, sake, and chicken. Cook on medium-low heat for 5–6 minutes until fully cooked.
Cut the cucumber into thin strips and slice the tomato into thin rounds.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Arrange the chicken, cucumber, and tomato on a plate. Drizzle the sauce over the top.
