INGREDIENTES
Dry Ingredients
- 120g cake flour
Wet Ingredients
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🧂 120g sugar
- 30g olive oil
- 🍋 a dash of lemon juice
PASOS
Prepare all ingredients beforehand.
Separate egg whites and yolks. Add sugar to the egg whites and whip into a meringue. Add lemon juice for a firmer meringue.
Add yolks to the meringue and whip until the mixture turns beige.
Sift the cake flour into the mixture and fold gently until no flour is visible. Add olive oil and mix evenly.
Line a round baking tin with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the tin and tap it to remove air bubbles. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Cool the cake slightly, remove the parchment paper, and serve.
