INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 100g sliced pork
- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
- 🥚 4 boiled quail eggs
Vegetables
- 2 leaves of cabbage (160g)
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, sliced
- 50g boiled bamboo shoots
- 5g dried wood ear mushrooms
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1/4 green onion
- 4 snow peas
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 50cc water
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
PASOS
Slice cabbage, carrot, and bamboo shoots as instructed. Soak wood ear mushrooms and chop ginger and green onion. Prepare snow peas by removing strings and cutting diagonally.
Marinate pork with sake, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate shrimp with sake, ginger juice, and cornstarch.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (◎) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan, sauté ginger and green onion until fragrant, then add pork and cook until color changes.
Add cabbage stems, carrot, bamboo shoots, and wood ear mushrooms. Stir-fry until softened. Add shrimp and cook until color changes, then add cabbage leaves and stir briefly.
Pour in the seasoning mixture (◎) and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Add quail eggs and snow peas, then bring to a boil.
Add cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce. Finish with sesame oil for aroma.
