- 🥕 1 carrot (150g)
Seasonings
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 💧 200ml water
PASOS
Cut the carrot into 5cm pieces. Quarter the thicker parts and halve the thinner parts lengthwise. Trim the edges for a rounded shape.
Place the carrot pieces and all seasoning ingredients into a pot. Heat on low for 10–15 minutes.
If liquid remains, turn the heat to high and stir until the carrots are glossy and the liquid evaporates.
